We are a proactive team of Chartered Surveyors & RICS Registered valuers offering efficient and strategic property valuation advice to a range of private and corporate clients, including law firms and financial institutions.

Our specific expertise is in Leasehold Reform Act work, we represent both leaseholders and freeholders with regards to voluntary & statutory lease extension claims and collective enfranchisement (freehold purchase).  We offer formal valuation advice for a variety of other purposes including probate, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, company accounts, matrimonial and charities commission, compliant with RICS International Valuation Standards.

Expert Witness.

In formal disputes and litigation our surveyors act as Expert Witness on property valuation matters having previously given evidence on behalf of clients before the First Tier Tribunal (formerly known as the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal), County Court and High Court ensuring stringent adherence to Civil Procedure Rules.

Regulated.

We are members of and regulated as a practice by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS),  members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and registered practitioners on the government sponsored Leasehold Advisory Service.
