These people wasted our time in a way hard to describe.Firstly, it took more than a week for them to book us a viewing.Then, when we got to finally visit the property, when we got there the agents did not have the keys and there was no one at the property. The viewing was meant to be at 12:30 and we waited until 13:15 for them to get the keys and be able to see the property, as it looked to suit all our requirements, within them the most relevant being pet friendly (the pictures in the advertising even showed cat furniture in the flat).But then after submitting our offer we are told that the landlord does not accept pets...Unbelievable and unacceptable

I highly recommend Blakes surveyors. I got in touch with them to enquiry about a lease extension , and they were very helpful indeed. Not only they replied immediately to my query, but they also gave me a very accurate detail of how much I would expect to pay for their services and the estimated cost of the premium to be paid on the extension.I contracted their services, and within a few days they provided their services which includes a very comprehensive , professional survey report. I was so satisfied with their excellent service that I decided to contract their legal services , provided by their sister company , Arcadia Law ltd, to complete the legal formalities required to extend the lease on my property.
