I couldn’t recommend Blakes Surveyors highly enough for their lease extension service. From the very start, the team was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about leasehold reform and the extension process.+0I was kept informed fully along the way and received replies extremely quickly. Special mention for Matthew and Jensee. They have been fantastic. Thank you very muchI asked them to assist with an extension to the lease on my ex council property they were very efficient dealing with the valuation. When the council countered with a much higher figure for the costs of the lease extension they negotiated on my behalf and managed to reduce the figure significantly. I am very grateful to them and would recommend their services. Many thanks! The whole experience with Blakes and Arcadia Law was handled very smoothly. All the initial stress was taken from my shoulders and I was kept informed at each step.Really impressed with the service we received…helpful, clear, efficient and without fuss. ChrisProfessional, courteous and diligent in the delivery of 'a market valuation and negotiation' of a property for a Compulsory Purchase Order purposes with RBK.I have recently used this company to renew my lease and I cannot fault them. Ridhwan in particular was outstanding with his customer service, knowledge of the whole process and willingness to help. He has a deep understanding of the lease renewal process and I was always very grateful for his help and professionalism. For anybody looking to renew their lease, I would highly recommend Extension.Lease to deal with the whole process. They made it as stress-free as possible.Friendly, very efficient & good communicators. I have no hesitation in recommending them to whoever requires professional help in lease extension. The whole process of renewing the lease hold was straight forward and efficient from start to finish. The communication received was excellent throughout and they were always available to answer any questions. They were very professional and made what felt like a complicated process feel simple and manageable. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future and would highly recommend them.I needed to extend my lease, and after some initial conversations with the freeholder I concluded we weren't going to reach a number we were both happy with. They were asking for close to 40% more than what I believed the going rate to be and decided a surveyor would be needed. It feels like in the legal / legal adjacent sector it's painfully common to deal with people who have terrible communication skills and are slow, contrary to the fact that they work in an area where detail is everything. Thankfully, this was the opposite of my experience with Ridhwan. He was quick, friendly and reassuring, gave me a realistic outlook, and was transparent about the best and worst case scenarios. On top of the professional side, the fact that Ridhwan had dealt with this specific freeholder before seemed to carry real weight in ultimately delivering a good outcome. I can't recommend Ridhwan enough. We recently used Arcadia to extend our lease and had a seamless experience from start to finish. Quick to reply to emails. Overall very pleasedI used Blakes's surveyors and Arcadia Law to handle my lease extention. Their partnership made everything simple and smooth allowing me to sit back and let them handle everything. They were fast, responsive and professional. I'd only used one law firm before them (to purchase the property) who were a nightmare who i constantly had to chase and when i told other people about, highlighted they had had the same issues and thats just 'how lawyers worked'. They work very well with Arcadia law so I did not waste any time and Sarah Enemua and team were very professional as well there. I will recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. Thank you.Speedy, professional, reliable. In the same price bracket as competitors but won on speed and attitudeBlake’s were really helpful and efficient with my lease extension.I choose Blakes to handle my lease extension after deciding that governmental changes were unlikely to occur timeously. Blakesley had been proactive in offering their services via a circular and were competitive in price with other surveyor/solicitor offerings. Moreover they were willing to accept cheques in payment (which suited me) while others dealt only in BACs and were unwilling/unable to countenance variations. Liaison was frequent and communication clear. There was a brief hiccup due to personnel changes in their solicitor's office but the new person who inherited my business could not have been more efficient or diligent. Altogether I would have no hesitation in recommending Blakes and Rhidwan Omar to others.Excellent service. Professional, efficient, thorough, reliable, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!I had the opportunity to hire the services of Blake Surveyors for my property. My contact was Mr. Sivapalan. I found him to be a thorough professional, extremely helpful in making me understand the complexities of the process, always answered my emails right away and always very helpful. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Blake to anyone.Extension.lease made the entire process of extending my lease and subsequently purchasing the freehold incredibly straightforward. From the outset, Blakes provided clear, friendly guidance and demonstrated real expertise when it came to the valuation. Arcadia Law then handled all the legal aspects efficiently and without any stress on my part. The communication throughout was excellent, the steps were well-explained, and everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering a lease extension or freehold purchase.Very professional services!Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!I was recommended to extension.lease by our estate agents after having difficulty finding a buyer for my flat in London due to its low lease. The valuation and legal team made the lease extension process simple and straight forward, negotiating a fair agreement although it did take around 6 months to complete. I would recommend to anyone needing to renew a lease!I instructed Blakes to support me with my lease extenstion process and can't recommend them highly enough! Very efficient and quick in responding. Went above and beyond! Thank you to everyone again! We first became aware of Blakes Surveyors around 1½ years ago when they wrote advertising their leasehold services. Fortunately, we kept that letter and contacted Ridhwan as we wanted to extend our lease agreement. Ridhwan was excellent. He talked us through the process, and was honest and upfront about associated costs. He always followed up by sending clear and concise emails/documents on what we discussed and the next steps. When we met Ridhwan for the inspection of our property, he was professional and thorough, answering our many queries, drawing up plans of the property with precision to detail as well as reassuring us he would readily provide assistance throughout. Blakes then provided a valuation report and negotiated the premium for our lease extension. Step by step, Ridhwan kept us informed. The whole process ran smoothly and quickly and we have no doubt this was due to Ridhwan handling our case.Blakes accurately valued and successfully negotiated 3 lease extensions on my behalf with Sutton Council that were approaching 80 years. The process was efficient and stress free, provided as part of a fixed fee price together with legal work. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.A professional and very knowledgable team of solicitors and valuers - handled three lease extensions of flats with Sutton Council on my behalf. Ariel and the team were very professional and explained the process clearly. I would be happy to use their services again if needed. Thank youDelivered report commissioned, but somewhat unprofessional with respect to timeliness and a tendency to overpromise.
