Dear Valued Clients, the safety of our clients, staff and the wider public are of paramount importance.

We continue to operate as normally as possible in accordance with government guidance and are closely monitoring the situation during the uncertain and challenging times.

We introduced various risk prevention measures and the majority of our team are now working remotely.

Following on from the government’s announcement on Sunday 10th May, we will now be inspecting properties where the following criteria is met:

  • Nobody in the property is self-isolating or high risk
  • The occupants of the property can vacate the premises for the duration of the inspection

The surveyor will wear the appropriate PPE when inspecting the property.

If we are unable to inspect the property, we will prepare the valuation on a desktop basis. We have access to a wide range of specialist property databases, land registry and other data portals allowing us to continue preparing valuation advice and specifically leasehold enfranchisement work on a desktop basis meaning an inspection will either not be required or can be scheduled if necessary at a later date.
